- Optimize automation processes to enhance production efficiency.
- Conduct cost-reduction initiatives and facilitate transition to 24/7 operations.
- Lead projects to monitor and control processes, aiming to improve production team performance and eliminate quality issues.
- Perform technical analyses and profitability calculations to support investment strategies.
- Participate in the operational and tactical implementation of industrial investments.
- Promote and contribute to the continuous improvement culture driven by senior management.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Production Management or Industrial Processes.
- Strong interest in automation and proficiency in lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis, including VBA or similar languages.
- Ability to coordinate and lead teams in a workshop environment.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting project progress to management.
No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with industrial environments and process optimization is advantageous.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering.
