1. Assist the Franchise Manager with daily tasks and occasionally support the Wholesale Director, a Wholesale Manager, and a Business Analyst.
2. Manage client requests, including quality issues, reorders, and 'Made-to-order' orders.
3. Coordinate quality issue resolutions with the Aubervilliers Workshop.
4. Oversee the deployment of visual merchandising elements in franchises.
5. Participate in CRM and communication activities with partners and relevant departments.
6. Manage international shipments and logistical needs for global partners.
7. Conduct remote training sessions and facilitate certain modules via videoconference for franchise teams.
8. Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings.
9. Maintain client relationships to ensure smooth payment and delivery processes.
10. Support showroom sales twice a year by scheduling client appointments, preparing sales tools, setting up the showroom, and assisting with order taking.
11. Assist the Business Analyst with monthly performance analyses and the creation of commercial tracking dashboards.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bac +4/5).
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in another language such as Italian or Spanish is advantageous.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer tools.
4. Attention to detail and analytical skills.
5. Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
6. Autonomous and proactive work ethic.
