Berluti Wholesale Assistant

- Assist the Franchise Manager with daily tasks and occasionally support the Wholesale Director, a Wholesale Manager, and a Business Analyst.
- Manage client requests, including quality issues, reorders, and 'Made-to-order' orders.
- Coordinate quality issue resolutions with the Aubervilliers Workshop.
- Oversee the deployment of visual merchandising elements in franchises.
- Participate in CRM and communication activities with partners and relevant departments.
- Manage international shipments and logistical needs for global partners.
- Conduct remote training sessions and facilitate certain modules via videoconference for franchise teams.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings.
- Maintain client relationships to ensure smooth payment and delivery processes.
- Support showroom sales twice a year by scheduling client appointments, preparing sales tools, setting up the showroom, and assisting with order taking.
- Assist the Business Analyst with monthly performance analyses and the creation of commercial tracking dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bac +4/5).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another language such as Italian or Spanish is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer tools.
