Berluti Store Manager

- Optimize the store's commercial performance by identifying business opportunities and initiatives to enhance sales, reduce losses, and promote new products in alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain a network to drive store traffic and create opportunities through events and stock management.
- Implement and follow up on client development initiatives, ensuring adherence to client development targets and procedures set by the head office.
- Provide analysis and feedback on clientele and product line performances, developing and implementing action plans for improvement.
- Lead the management of daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain Berluti standards in merchandising, customer service, and back-office activities.
- Provide leadership to the team, fostering a positive team spirit and motivating the team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure the implementation of training programs covering sales techniques, customer service, policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, maximizing individual potential and ensuring succession plans.
- Ensure implementation of all human resources policies and procedures, addressing staff issues appropriately.
- Represent Berluti at store events and activities to promote the brand's image and products.
- Solid experience in men's luxury goods and menswear within a standalone luxury store.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to implement initiatives and exhibit commercial creativity.
- Recognized management skills with a successful track record in leadership roles.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to build professional working relationships.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management is required.
