1. Develop and implement the merchandising strategy for Made to Order and Ready-to-Wear (RTW) categories in the EMEA region.
2. Serve as a liaison between retail teams and headquarters to enhance high-end 'Made to Order' services, including special orders and bespoke tailoring.
3. Support retail boutiques with in-store tools, service deployment, and product animation.
4. Conduct performance reporting and analysis using KPIs, and coordinate the annual offer for Made to Order.
5. Optimize and develop the product offering, propose improvements to operational processes, and coordinate bi-monthly exchanges with central teams.
6. Participate in bi-annual buying sessions, select assortments, and manage sales forecasts in collaboration with the supply chain.
7. Analyze boutique network performance, identify growth opportunities, and communicate EMEA region needs to central departments.
8. Ensure successful collection launches and develop retail team expertise through frequent visits and strategic communication.

1. Degree from a business or engineering school, or equivalent qualification.
2. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with retail experience.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
2. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
3. Fluency in both English and French.
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively.
5. Autonomous with a results-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Degree from a business or engineering school, or equivalent qualification.
