10. Assist and support after-sales service in line with Maison values.
11. Stay informed about industry news and competitors.
12. Participate in regular inventory checks and restocking.

14. Maintain inventory accuracy.
15. Meet all KPI objectives.
16. Maintain visual merchandising standards and store condition as set by HQ.

1. At least 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
