1. Create an extraordinary and unique experience for customers.
2. Demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor.
3. Meet sales goals and objectives.
4. Acquire Berluti technical skills for sales and product knowledge.
5. Complete necessary administration according to company policies.
6. Ensure the highest level of customer service, adhering to Berluti's quality standards.
7. Cultivate relationships with local and international customers.
8. Demonstrate strong product expertise and passion.
9. Respect CRM practices and report to the central team.
10. Assist and support after-sales service in line with Maison values.
11. Stay informed about industry news and competitors.
12. Participate in regular inventory checks and restocking.
13. Ensure compliance with Berluti policies in operations and security.
14. Maintain inventory accuracy.
15. Meet all KPI objectives.
16. Maintain visual merchandising standards and store condition as set by HQ.

1. At least 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.

4. Demonstrate teamwork at all times.

Minimum of 5 years in retail sales, with a preference for luxury consumer goods.
