2. Demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor.

7. Cultivate relationships with local and international customers.

9. Respect CRM practices and report to the Central team.
10. Assist and support after-sales service in accordance with Maison values.
11. Stay informed about industry news and competitors.
12. Participate in regular inventory checks and restocking.
13. Ensure compliance with Berluti policies in all areas.
14. Maintain inventory accuracy.
15. Meet all KPI objectives.
16. Maintain Visual Merchandising standards and store condition as set by HQ.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.

At least 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods setting.
