1. Develop, execute, and coordinate weekly performance reports for all stores.
2. Define and monitor KPIs to enhance retail performance and client experience.
3. Coordinate communications across the retail network to foster collaboration and innovation.
4. Assist in monitoring store P&L, including travel and expense management.
5. Provide daily operational support to retail teams.
6. Coordinate regional store projects in collaboration with Central Architecture & Logistics and Zone Merchandising teams.
7. Develop and implement tools to monitor training program rollout and effectiveness.
8. Track and report on the progress and impact of retail training initiatives.
9. Support strategic projects, including omnichannel and e-commerce optimization.
10. Act as a liaison between the Senior Manager of Retail Excellence and central IT team for IT-related projects.

1. Strong organizational skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
2. Ability to set and achieve challenging objectives.
3. Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
4. Hands-on retail management experience is a plus.
5. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
6. Proactive, agile, retail-oriented, and committed to client satisfaction.
7. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

1. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (PowerBI a plus).
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.

No prior experience required, but hands-on retail management experience is advantageous.

Undergraduates: $20.00/hr; MBA/Masters students: $25.00/hr.
