Berluti Retail Client Advisor

1. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
2. Incorporate product knowledge and brand history into the selling process to maximize sales and foster client loyalty.
3. Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
4. Build and maintain a client book; address client concerns and inquiries to enhance relationships and drive business.
5. Manage follow-up on shipping, alterations, repairs, and other client-related matters.
6. Assist in visual merchandising and maintain the store's image.
7. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.

1. Strong drive for business results.
2. Passion for creativity, fashion, and the Berluti brand.
3. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

At least 3 years of experience in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury sector.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $27.00 to $29.00, plus bonus and commission opportunities.
