1. Analyze and monitor quality issues and repairs, collaborating with the Customer Quality team.
2. Conduct daily quality control checks on products from the Service Workshop.
3. Perform quality control on SO and Lifestyle products, drafting and communicating reports.
4. Update quality documents, including the quality book and control procedures.
5. Manage quality control activities in the warehouse, including product master and sheet management.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with various departments such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, and Retail.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a specialization in Quality.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
