1. Serve as the HR point of contact for interns and apprentices, actively engaging with this community.
2. Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process for interns and apprentices, aligning with managerial and HR protocols.
3. Monitor recruitment KPIs for the intern and apprentice population.
4. Collaborate on campus management strategies with the HR Manager.
5. Organize recruitment activities and forums with educational institutions.
6. Participate in employer branding events in collaboration with the LVMH Group.
7. Assist in developing storytelling and communication plans for target populations.
8. Prepare job offers and administrative documentation.
9. Ensure effective integration of interns and apprentices through various HR inductions.
10. Support managers in conducting mid-term and final evaluations to encourage internal mobility within LVMH.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in HR

2. Strict adherence to confidentiality

5. Fluency in English
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

A preliminary experience in recruitment is preferred, ideally within the luxury or fashion sector.
