Berluti HR Recruitment and Development Assistant
Berluti, a French luxury brand under the LVMH Group, was founded in Paris in 1895. Known for its excellence in shoemaking and leather craftsmanship, Berluti has expanded over the years to include leather goods and ready-to-wear collections. The brand offers a complete wardrobe for men, including bespoke and ready-to-wear clothing, shoes, and a wide range of accessories.
- Manage recruitment, integration, and follow-up for interns, apprentices, and VIEs across headquarters, stores, and workshops.
- Serve as the HR point of contact for interns and apprentices, actively engaging with the community.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including briefing managers, posting job ads, conducting interviews, and candidate selection.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs for interns and apprentices.
- Define and implement campus management strategies with the HR Manager.
- Organize recruitment activities and forums with educational institutions.
- Participate in employer branding events in collaboration with the Group.
- Prepare offers and administrative documents.
- Ensure smooth integration of interns and apprentices, including organizing HR inductions.
- Support managers in mid-term and end-of-experience evaluations to promote internal mobility within LVMH.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in business or equivalent with a specialization in HR.

A first experience in recruitment is preferred, ideally in the luxury or fashion industry.
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in business or equivalent with a specialization in HR.
Training on the history and values of Berluti and its products upon arrival. Mid-term and end-of-alternance evaluations by the mentor.
