1. Assist in the study and creation of a database for eco-sustainable reinforcements, collaborating with suppliers to find sustainable alternatives.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of foot anatomy for selected testers to optimize shoe fit and design, interpreting feedback for product improvements.
3. Manage operational aspects of shipments and monitor raw material orders.
4. Assist in product testing management and support the organization of technical meetings.
5. Support the Modelleria team in preparing technical materials and assist the Technical Specialist in development and industrialization phases.

1. Currently pursuing a degree or technical specialization in fashion.
2. Interest in the fashion industry, particularly footwear.
3. Basic experience in the footwear sector is a plus.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Strong organizational skills, deadline adherence, and problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
7. Good command of the English language.
