Berluti Director of Financial Control

- Oversee comprehensive financial performance analysis across all Maison activities including industrial, distribution, retail, and e-commerce.
- Supervise industrial financial control analyses from the dedicated finance team based in the Italian factory to ensure effective monitoring of production costs.
- Participate in setting budgetary objectives for regions and analyze store sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and specific KPIs.
- Analyze e-commerce performance including online sales, customer acquisition costs, and marketing ROI.
- Supervise headquarters operating expense analysis, ensuring budget adherence and identifying optimization areas.
- Lead budgetary planning processes, both medium and long-term, in alignment with LVMH Group schedules.
- Develop monthly consolidated financial reports and analyze variances to propose corrective action plans.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Participate in key strategic projects, enhancing and automating reporting tools and ensuring KPI relevance.
- Engage in cross-functional Maison projects, such as ERP implementation and Business Intelligence tool enhancements.
- Advanced degree (Bac +5) in management from a business school or university.
- Significant experience of 12-15 years in financial control with a strong industrial and international dimension.
- Proficiency in French and Anglo-Saxon accounting techniques and IFRS standards.
- Expertise in ERP/BI systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or QlikView) and advanced Excel skills.
- Autonomy and strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Aptitude for team management and leadership.
- Fluency in both conversational and technical English.
Minimum of 10 years in financial control, with a significant industrial and international focus.
Advanced degree in management (Bac +5) from a business school or university.
