1. Manage campaign calendars and content creation with stakeholders.
2. Define client targeting for clienteling campaigns using customer insights.
3. Support project managers in implementing clienteling action plans for market development.
4. Participate in the development of a new clienteling application.
5. Prepare monthly performance reports and KPIs for global and market-specific client performance.
6. Contribute to client studies, analyses, and presentations for management and departments.
7. Collaborate with IS&T teams to ensure data quality and compliance.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering (Bac+4/5).
2. Fluent in English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Knowledge of Salesforce and PowerBI is advantageous.
5. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Excellent communication abilities.
7. High degree of autonomy and proactivity.
