1. Assist in the development and strategy of the contact plan for client engagement through CRM campaigns.
2. Coordinate the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns in collaboration with partners and markets.
3. Optimize campaign performance through creative A/B testing and competitive analysis.
4. Analyze campaign results to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
5. Coordinate and update the client event calendar with markets.
6. Support the management of client events across the network, including vendor selection and invitations.
7. Conduct analyses and reporting on client events, including participation rates and revenue generated.
8. Oversee the production and distribution of client gifts, ensuring timely delivery across markets.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Knowledge of Salesforce and Dartagnan is a plus.
