1. Assist in the development and strategy of the customer engagement plan for CRM campaigns.
2. Coordinate the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, working closely with partners and markets.
3. Optimize content performance through creative A/B testing and competitive analysis.
4. Analyze campaign results to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
5. Coordinate and update the client event calendar with various markets.
6. Participate in the management of client events across the network, including vendor selection and invitations.
7. Conduct analyses and reporting related to client events, including participation rates and revenue generated.
8. Oversee the production and distribution of client gifts, ensuring timely delivery across markets.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of Salesforce and Dartagnan is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Creativity and proactive problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal aptitude.
