1. Assist developers with daily tasks related to product development.
2. Prepare and update collection documents and technical files.
3. Create and manage product nomenclatures using internal management tools.
4. Coordinate and track shipments for product launches, including fabrics and supplies.
5. Support the preparation of collection materials such as master production and fabric books.
6. Manage prototype and sample loans to internal departments and manufacturers.
7. Oversee VIP and press order launches and tracking.
8. Verify fabric stock levels in collaboration with the materials and components manager.
9. Initiate and monitor orders with various manufacturers.
10. Receive and inspect items before delivery to the Communication department.

1. Currently in the 2nd or 3rd year of a fashion school.
2. Fluency in English is essential.
3. Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Strong command of Microsoft Office and preferably Photoshop.
5. Deep appreciation for the luxury and fashion industry.

No prior professional experience required, but a foundational understanding of fashion product development is beneficial.

Currently enrolled in a fashion school, 2nd or 3rd year.
