- Coordinate after-sales service and client quality operations at the Aubervilliers client hub and other global workshops.
- Manage spare parts, consumables, and supplies, including stock management, supplier relations, and inventory optimization.
- Monitor the performance of global after-sales operations, including KPI development and order tracking.
- Update and maintain the global patina reference database and coordinate the dissemination of new seasonal color references.
- Enrollment in a general engineering or industrial engineering program or equivalent training.
- Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Powerapp, or VBA is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with minimal professional experience.
Currently enrolled in an engineering program or equivalent.
