1. Assist in the deployment of new fixtures across Europe, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and managing projects from conception to post-installation.
2. Coordinate internal teams and creative agencies for visual briefs, validation, and adaptation, adhering to brand guidelines and timelines.
3. Support the launch plans for new products through the creation and updating of launch books and installation guidelines.
4. Collaborate with logistics providers and local teams to ensure precise and timely tracking of shipments across Europe, maintaining smooth communication among stakeholders.
5. Ensure brand identity and standards are upheld across European points of sale, supporting local teams in directive application and managing maintenance and after-sales service of fixtures.

1. Currently pursuing a gap year or final year internship in Business School, Communication, University, or equivalent program.
2. Fluent in English, essential for communication with European teams.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Organized, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Proactive, creative, and dynamic with a penchant for proposing and implementing new ideas.
4. A keen interest in the beauty industry and affinity with the Benefit brand is advantageous.

A minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a similar role or internship is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a Business School, Communication program, University, or equivalent.
