1. Serve as the strategic architect across all People Centers of Excellence (COEs), ensuring alignment with company priorities and integration across the employee lifecycle.
2. Lead the long-range planning process for the People Function, linking COE initiatives to business goals, workforce trends, and brand strategy.
3. Create and manage a master program portfolio dashboard across COEs to ensure visibility, interdependence, and results.
4. Partner with COE leads to ensure strategies are brand-right, scalable, and inclusive.
5. Represent the People Function in enterprise forums and steering committees focused on strategic initiatives.

1. 15+ years of progressive HR or business experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing strategy or transformation within a COE or HRBP function.
2. Proven experience leading cross-functional programs in fast-paced, global environments.
3. Deep understanding of HR disciplines, especially in talent, organizational development, learning, and change.
4. Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect People strategies to enterprise value.
5. Experience working in a consumer-centric business; beauty, retail or luxury a plus.
6. Exceptional communication and influence skills—with a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.

A minimum of 15 years in progressive HR or business roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity overseeing strategy or transformation within a COE or HRBP function.

The target salary range for this position in California is $270,000 - $310,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
