1. Provide operational and administrative support to the Europe Training Manager in implementing training strategies across 25 European countries.
2. Manage digital tools, including organization, maintenance, and distribution on platforms such as Sharepoint, Linktree, and the global training platform.
3. Develop and adapt digital tools, and manage content sharing with Sephora teams.
4. Oversee the internal Instagram account @benefameurope, including strategy, content calendar, posts, and contests.
5. Convert PowerPoint training materials into e-learning formats and manage participation data.
6. Create and manage the monthly training department newsletter.
7. Track projects and create reports for European countries and the Global team.
8. Assist in the creation of physical training kits, including forecasting, execution, and distribution.
9. Coordinate all country shipments.
10. Plan and provide operational support for training sessions and seminars, both in-person and virtual.
11. Manage office inventory of products and tools.
12. Handle project budgets and process invoices for payments.
13. Provide general assistance across all European Training team projects.

1. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
2. Strong writing skills.
3. Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and good knowledge of Word and Excel.
4. Familiarity with Instagram.
5. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
6. Creative mindset with a strong desire to share ideas.
7. Proficiency in Canva and/or CapCut is mandatory.
8. Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is preferred.
