Senior Vice President of Sales and Education

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance market penetration across retail and boutique channels.
- Oversee all sell-out functions, including sales forecasting, T&E budgeting, and performance analysis for US Wholesale and Boutique channels.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
- Direct the education team in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that support sales channels and promote brand loyalty among retail partners and customers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to proactively identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Recommend innovative approaches to differentiate products and services in the market.

The target salary range for this position is $275,000-$325,000 annually. The actual salary offered will depend on various factors, including years of relevant experience, certifications, and geographic location. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
