1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve market growth and profitability in Southeast Asian markets.
2. Lead and manage the sales organization to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and lead high-performing sales teams.
4. Ensure successful execution of new product launches and marketing animations.
5. Provide market feedback and reporting to senior management.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial operations.
7. Set and monitor retail sales targets and KPIs.
8. Oversee inventory and stock management.
9. Ensure compliance with brand procedures and retail standards.
10. Lead store opening and renovation projects.
11. Prepare and present regular financial and performance reports.

1. Proven experience in sales or retail within the luxury beauty, retail, or service-related industries.
2. Experience managing a retail team of 50 or more.
