1. Develop and execute comprehensive education content plans that include 360-degree activation strategies, encompassing training materials for classroom and online learning, in-person sessions, and video content.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Strategy, Product Innovation, Omnichannel Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver innovative learning solutions and provide feedback to anticipate challenges and share best practices.
3. Partner with the Creative department to align on asset needs, submit briefs for education-specific requirements, and ensure external vendor video production aligns with Global Creative output.
4. Manage department budget lines related to product education, including allocations for program development resources and regional travel expenses, ensuring cost-effective spending.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2. Aesthetician license is a plus
3. 3-5 years’ experience in retail education, curriculum development, program management, and budget oversight

4. Effective communication and presentation skills

A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail education, curriculum development, program management, and budget oversight is required.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

The target salary range for this position in California is $110,000-$130,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
