1. Develop and implement global strategic plans to enhance brand desirability across Social Media, PR, and Influencer programs, while maintaining Benefit’s unique brand identity.
2. Oversee the Global PR & Influencer Team to create global-to-local strategies, including PR, Brand Events, Influencer Programs, and Brand Partnerships.
3. Manage the Global Omni Digital Team to devise strategies across Owned, Earned, & Paid media on key Social Media Platforms.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and local market teams to align global strategies with local tactics in Social Media, PR, Influencer Campaigns, and Events.
5. Lead the Global Benefit Crisis Management Team.
6. Manage a team of 10-15 individuals, providing direct and indirect leadership.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2. 10-12 years of progressive marketing or brand marketing experience.
3. 4+ years of leadership experience.
4. Proven track record in designing and executing global social and influencer marketing campaigns, PR/Eventing, and Brand Crisis Management.
5. Experience in developing and driving adoption of global strategies across multiple regions.

1. Strategic vision and creative skills with a strong analytical, hands-on approach.
2. Ability to leverage influencers, partnerships, social media, and PR to engage with Pop Culture and Social Media.
3. Strong leadership and cross-functional relationship-building skills.

A minimum of 10 years in marketing or brand marketing, with significant experience in global campaign design and execution.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

The target salary range in California is $195,000 - $225,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
