1. Manage daily accounts receivable activities for US and Canada markets, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
2. Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
3. Reconcile sales platforms, payment processors, and ERP systems for accurate revenue reporting.
4. Process daily cash applications and collaborate with retailers for necessary documentation.
5. Create and maintain AR deposit reports, resolving unidentified payments with the GL team.
6. Perform daily audits of credit card transactions from boutiques and e-commerce platforms.
7. Oversee invoicing and reconciliation of sales and cash for e-commerce platforms.
8. Process manual invoices, including service revenue invoices and customer credit notes.
9. Monitor ERP system functionality and collaborate with IT to resolve issues.
10. Analyze accounts receivable aging reports to address potential collection issues.
11. Partner with account managers to investigate and dispute unauthorized deductions.

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in revenue or general ledger accounting.
3. Knowledge of bank reconciliations and experience with POS system data reconciliation.
4. Experience with accounting systems; Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred.

3. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

A minimum of 1 year in revenue or general ledger accounting, with experience in bank reconciliations and POS system data reconciliation.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

The target salary range for this position in California is $30.25/hr - $34.75/hr, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
