1. Manage daily accounts receivable activities for the US and Canada markets, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
2. Oversee cash applications, including chargeback reviews and collaboration with retailers for necessary documentation.
3. Maintain an AR deposit report to monitor cash receipts and resolve unidentified payments with the GL team.
4. Conduct daily audits of credit card transactions from boutiques and e-commerce platforms, resolving discrepancies.
5. Supervise invoicing and reconciliation of sales and cash for the e-commerce platform.
6. Process manual invoices, including service revenue invoices, recharges, and customer credit notes.
7. Monitor ERP system functionality for accurate auto-invoicing and collaborate with IT to resolve issues.
8. Analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify and address collection issues.
9. Collaborate with account managers to investigate and dispute unauthorized deductions.

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in revenue or general ledger accounting.
3. Proficiency in bank reconciliations and data reconciliation from POS systems.
4. Experience with accounting systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems preferred.

4. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

A minimum of 1 year in revenue or general ledger accounting, with experience in bank reconciliations and ERP systems preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

The target salary range for this position in California is $30.25/hr - $34.75/hr, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
