1. Drive and achieve retail sales and service results across assigned locations and accounts.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
3. Develop and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Monitor online ratings and ensure customer satisfaction remains high.
5. Conduct monthly training sessions at Sephora locations using designated training modules.
6. Recruit and manage counter personnel and aestheticians to reduce turnover and enhance productivity.
7. Collaborate with local cosmetology schools to recruit new talent for Ulta.
8. Engage with district, prestige, general, and salon managers to drive product and service sales.
9. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to personnel across Benefit, Sephora, and Ulta locations.

1. Experience in retail sales and service, preferably within the beauty industry.
2. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Ability to travel as required.
5. Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license.

Beginner-level experience in retail sales and service, particularly in beauty and wholesale stores, is preferred.

The target salary range is $68,000 - $86,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
