1. Drive and achieve retail sales and service results in assigned locations and accounts.
2. Manage budgets effectively across territories.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners.
4. Recruit, train, and develop sales teams to enhance productivity and service quality.
5. Monitor customer service standards and ensure a collective rating above 4.0 on Yelp and Google.
6. Conduct monthly training visits to Sephora using specified training modules.
7. Recruit and manage counter personnel and aestheticians in department stores.
8. Foster relationships with local cosmetology schools to recruit new talent for Ulta.
9. Engage with District Managers and other key personnel to drive product and service sales.
10. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to personnel across Benefit, Sephora, and Ulta.

1. Experience in retail sales and service, preferably in the beauty industry.
2. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Ability to travel as needed.
5. Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license.
6. Proof of insurance, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Beginner level experience in retail sales and service, particularly within the beauty industry and wholesale environments, is preferred.

Target salary range is $68,000 - $86,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
