1. Drive and achieve retail sales and service results in assigned locations and accounts.
2. Manage budgets effectively across territories.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
4. Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance sales performance.
5. Monitor and improve customer service standards, ensuring high satisfaction ratings.
6. Conduct monthly training visits to Sephora locations using specified training modules.
7. Recruit and manage counter personnel and aestheticians in department stores.
8. Collaborate with local cosmetology schools to recruit new talent for Ulta.
9. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to Benefit, Sephora, and Ulta personnel.

1. Experience in retail sales and service, preferably in the beauty industry.
2. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Ability to travel as required.
5. Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license.
6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Entry-level experience in retail sales and service, particularly within the beauty industry, is required.

The target salary range is $68,000 - $86,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
