1. Drive and achieve retail sales and service results across assigned locations and accounts.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
3. Manage assigned territories through team development, training, and recruitment.
4. Ensure exceptional customer service by coaching and developing team members.
5. Monitor customer feedback and ratings to maintain high service standards.
6. Conduct monthly training sessions at Sephora using designated training modules.
7. Recruit and train counter personnel and aestheticians for department stores.
8. Collaborate with local cosmetology schools to recruit new talent for Ulta.
9. Engage with district, prestige, general, and salon managers to boost sales.
10. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to personnel across locations.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales and service, preferably within the beauty industry.
2. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Ability to travel as needed.
5. Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license required.
6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
