1. Drive and achieve retail sales and service results in assigned locations and accounts.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders within the business.
3. Manage team development, training, and recruitment to enhance sales and service performance.
4. Conduct monthly training visits at Sephora and utilize designated training modules.
5. Recruit and develop counter personnel and aestheticians for department stores.
6. Foster relationships with local cosmetology schools to recruit new talent for Ulta.
7. Monitor and coach personnel to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
8. Oversee budget management and productivity metrics.

1. Experience in retail sales and service, preferably within the beauty industry.
2. Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license required.
3. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. Ability to travel as required.
6. Proof of insurance, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

5. Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.

At least one year of experience in retail sales and service, preferably within the beauty industry.

Target salary range is $68,000 - $86,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
