1. Drive and achieve retail sales and service results across assigned locations and accounts.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to enhance business growth.
3. Develop and train teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
4. Monitor customer feedback on platforms like Yelp and Google to ensure high service ratings.
5. Conduct monthly training visits to Sephora locations using specified training modules.
6. Recruit and manage counter personnel and aestheticians in department stores to reduce turnover and enhance productivity.
7. Cultivate relationships with local cosmetology schools to recruit new talent for Ulta.
8. Engage with District Managers, Prestige Managers, General Managers, and Salon Managers to drive sales of Benefit products and services.
9. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to personnel at Benefit, Sephora, and Ulta locations.

1. Experience in retail sales and service, preferably within the beauty industry.
2. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Ability to travel as required.
5. Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
6. Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license.

Entry-level experience in retail sales and service, particularly in the beauty industry, is preferred.

The target salary range is $68,000 - $86,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
