1. Drive and achieve retail sales and service results within assigned locations and accounts.
2. Manage budgets effectively to optimize financial performance.
3. Foster and maintain relationships with key business partners.
4. Develop and train teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
5. Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction ratings on platforms like Yelp and Google.
6. Conduct monthly training visits to Sephora and utilize various training modules.
7. Recruit and manage counter personnel and aestheticians for department stores.
8. Collaborate with local cosmetology schools to recruit new talent for Ulta.
9. Engage with District, Prestige, General, and Salon Managers to drive sales.
10. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation for personnel across Benefit, Sephora, and Ulta.

1. Experience in retail sales and service, preferably in the beauty industry.
2. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Ability to travel as required.
5. Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
6. Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license.

5. Capability to handle physical contact with clients/customers.

Entry-level experience in retail sales and service, ideally within the beauty industry and wholesale stores.

Target salary range of $68,000 - $86,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
