Benefit Cosmetics Retail Account Manager

- Drive and achieve retail sales, service results and budget objectives across assigned locations and accounts.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with retail partners, including Sephora, Ulta and department store leadership, to maximise distribution and sell-through.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop counter personnel and aestheticians to increase productivity, reduce turnover and elevate the customer experience.
- Plan, schedule and execute Sephora monthly trainings using Committed, Express Committed or Blended training modules; deliver reinforcement training across product, application and selling technique.
- Monitor local consumer feedback and ratings (Yelp, Google) and implement actions to maintain an average rating above 4.0.
- Oversee day-to-day territory operations including staffing, performance management, in-store events and budget stewardship.
- Build relationships with local cosmetology schools and retail managers to source talent and support local recruitment initiatives.
- Travel as required to support field teams and retail partners; perform additional duties as assigned.
- Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license required.
- Minimum three years of retail sales or account management experience; beauty industry and wholesale account experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit, train and develop front-line retail teams and to manage partner relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and some holidays; ability to travel as needed.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation; successful completion of E-Verify employment eligibility check.

Minimum three years of progressive experience in retail sales, account management or field management, preferably within the beauty or prestige retail sector, with demonstrated success in team development and partner management.
