1. Serve as the education subject matter expert for the assigned region, providing ongoing recommendations and analysis on education-related topics such as brand experience, coaching, in-store training, sanitation, and Benefit services and products.
2. Build and maintain strong partnerships with regional sales teams, retailer partners, and the Education department to ensure education content aligns with the overall strategy and meets business needs.
3. Recommend, collaborate, and facilitate innovative ideas to address evolving business needs, including creating content for manager development, Benefit service and product presentations, and digital media assets.
4. Perform all other duties as assigned.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or education management.
2. Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license preferred.
3. Ability to give and receive feedback to meet sales and education goals.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. Ability to travel as needed, up to 80%.
6. Must have proof of insurance, a current and valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

The target salary range is $68,000 - $85,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
