1. Develop and oversee product launch projects in the French market.
2. Manage 360° operational aspects of launches and events.
3. Conduct monthly performance analysis of Google My Business.
4. Perform NPD analyses.
5. Monitor, process, and internally communicate product shortages.
6. Regularly track competitors and best practices, drafting a monthly newsletter on new products, merchandising, animations, and retail/digital trends.
7. Oversee store updates, including managing issues with platforms, iPads, and applications, ensuring interventions are completed.
8. Handle appointment cancellations.
9. Participate in organizing internal and external events, such as Benefit seminars and Sephora conventions.
10. Contribute to the organization of the Bold is Beautiful charity project in collaboration with the marketing team.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5).
2. Previous internship experience in marketing for a minimum of 6 months.

1. Strong writing skills.
2. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Curiosity and meticulousness.
