Benefit Cosmetics National Account Manager

- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with retail partners to achieve wholesale targets and company objectives.
- Deliver on designated retail and wholesale objectives, including annual and three-year plans.
- Lead negotiations with accounts to secure optimal space and locations within retailers.
- Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities.
- Analyze sales forecasts nationally and by store, ensuring optimal stock distribution.
- Prepare and coordinate sales strategy documents for company meetings.
- Lead monthly supply meetings and collaborate with various departments such as marketing, e-commerce, and operations.
- Support retailers in driving plans through collaborative and partnership-driven approaches.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Formulate and negotiate trade-marketing and CRM programs for designated accounts.
- Adapt marketing plans and build specific events and promotions.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG or the beauty industry.
- Experience in national account management.
- Proven negotiation skills and sales target delivery.
- Experience in the UK retail market, preferably within luxury, premium, or cosmetic sectors.

The position offers hybrid working arrangements with 60% of hours completed in the office and 40% flexible working from home. National travel with associated overnight stays may be required.
