1. Develop and manage mid-tier influencer partnerships and campaigns to enhance brand presence on social platforms.
2. Represent the brand in negotiations with agencies concerning agreements and contracts.
3. Identify opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance the quality and quantity of earned content.
4. Oversee and evolve influencer initiatives to maximize effectiveness for new product launches and core products.
5. Manage the execution of the TikTok shop Affiliate Program with support from relevant team members.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to support initiatives, partnership requests, and content needs.
7. Negotiate and develop contracts for paid opportunities involving influencers, including campaigns, photo shoots, and events.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or digital media.
2. 1-2 years of experience in digital influencer relations preferred.
3. Passion for social media and the beauty industry.
4. Knowledge and interest in beauty content and creators on YouTube and social media.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proven relationship-building and negotiating skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to achieve results and drive projects.

The target salary range for this position in California is $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
