1. Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards to visualize HR metrics.
2. Maintain documentation of HR KPIs.
3. Perform data cleaning to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
4. Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests.
5. Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects as assigned.
6. Conduct research and gather data to support various initiatives.
7. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
8. Engage in learning opportunities and training sessions to enhance professional development.

1. 0-1 years of experience in data analytics or data interpretation.
2. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
3. Availability from June 10 to August 21.
4. Ability to participate in a hybrid program in San Francisco's Financial District.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical skills for measuring and tracking success and KPIs.

Beginner level experience in data analytics or data interpretation is required.

The pay for this position in California is $25.00 per hour. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
