1. Support administrative tasks for the Global Education team.
2. Collect and organize global assets for service and product inductions.
3. Develop an online library of induction assets.
4. Interview global trainers to identify best practices and needs for induction assets.
5. Present final recommendations for global induction asset development based on research.
6. Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects as assigned.
7. Conduct research and gather data to support various initiatives.
8. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
9. Engage in learning opportunities and training sessions to enhance professional development.

1. 0-1 years of experience in administrative support.
2. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
3. Availability to work from June 10 through August 21.
4. Ability to participate in a hybrid program in the Financial District of San Francisco.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical skills for measuring and tracking success and KPIs.

Beginner level experience in administrative support is required.

The position offers a pay rate of $25.00 per hour in California, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
