- Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy balancing short-term performance with long-term brand equity and sustainable growth.
- Serve as the strategic bridge between San Francisco HQ and the U.S. market, adapting global priorities to local business realities.
- Lead the U.S. business with full P&L accountability, driving sales, managing margins, and ensuring profitability.
- Optimize pricing, trade terms, and promotional strategies in collaboration with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end operations including forecasting, replenishment, logistics, compliance, financial planning, IT, and HR.
- Ensure operational excellence and consistency across retail activations and customer experiences.
- Leverage deep US market knowledge to shape strategic decisions and stay ahead of emerging trends.
- Build and maintain influential relationships with key retail partners and industry stakeholders.
- Validated General Manager experience in a similarly scaled or entrepreneurial consumer brand, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Proven market knowledge of the LATAM beauty and retail landscape, including key players and consumer behaviors.
- BA Degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced business education is a plus.
- Demonstrated strategic leadership with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
- Proven commercial acumen and success in managing and growing a profitable P&L.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems, CRM, and retail analytics platforms is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager role within a consumer brand, with a preference for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
BA Degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced business education is a plus.
The target salary range for this position in California is $345,000 - $385,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
