- Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy for the LATAM region, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand equity and sustainable growth.
- Act as the strategic liaison between the San Francisco headquarters and the LATAM market, adapting global priorities to align with local business realities.
- Identify and activate high-impact growth opportunities across various channels, partners, and categories.
- Lead the LATAM business with full P&L accountability, driving sales, managing margins, and ensuring profitability.
- Optimize pricing, trade terms, and promotional strategies in collaboration with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strategically allocate capital and headcount to maximize return on investment and business impact.
- Leverage deep market knowledge to shape strategic decisions, challenge assumptions, and anticipate emerging trends.
- Cultivate and maintain influential relationships with key retail partners and industry stakeholders.
- Enhance brand visibility through robust media presence, digital engagement, and influencer partnerships.
- Proven General Manager experience in a similarly scaled or entrepreneurial consumer brand, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- In-depth market knowledge of the LATAM beauty and retail landscape, including key players, trends, and consumer behaviors.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business education preferred.
- Demonstrated strategic leadership with the ability to set direction and inspire high-performing teams.
- Proven commercial acumen with a successful track record in managing and growing a profitable P&L.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with financial systems, CRM, and retail analytics platforms is advantageous.

Target salary range in California is $235,000 - $285,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
