- Serve as the strategic liaison between San Francisco headquarters and the LATAM market, adapting global priorities to local business needs.
- Identify and activate high-impact growth opportunities across various channels, partners, and categories.
- Lead the LATAM business with full P&L accountability, driving sales, managing margins, and ensuring profitability.
- Optimize pricing, trade terms, and promotional strategies in collaboration with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
- Allocate capital and resources strategically to maximize return on investment and business impact.
- Leverage deep LATAM market knowledge to inform decisions, challenge assumptions, and anticipate emerging trends.
- Build and maintain influential relationships with key retail partners and industry stakeholders.
- Enhance brand visibility through media presence, digital engagement, and influencer partnerships.
- Proven General Manager experience in a similarly scaled or entrepreneurial consumer brand, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- In-depth market knowledge of the LATAM beauty and retail landscape, including key players, trends, and consumer behaviors.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business education preferred.
- Demonstrated strategic leadership with the ability to set direction and inspire high-performing teams.
- Proven commercial acumen and success in managing and growing a profitable P&L.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with financial systems, CRM, and retail analytics platforms is advantageous.

Target salary range in California is $235,000 - $285,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
