1. Design and implement strategies to enhance the finance function in alignment with company objectives.
2. Analyze existing finance processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions through system improvements.
3. Oversee the integration of new technologies into finance operations, such as ERP systems and planning tools.
4. Act as a liaison between finance and IT departments to ensure technical projects meet financial requirements and adhere to internal control policies.
5. Manage and improve current and new Anaplan models for FP&A, designing and owning builds for new models according to the Anaplan roadmap.
6. Develop and support ongoing user training to ensure optimal utilization of system capabilities.
7. Accountable for hiring, performance management, development, and engagement of direct and indirect reports.
8. Guide team through onboarding, training, and familiarization with the LVMH ecosystem.

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, IT, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
3. Experience in leading the implementation of financial systems.
4. Anaplan model building experience is highly preferred.
5. Prior leadership experience is highly desired.

Minimum of 5 years of related experience, including leading financial systems implementation and team management.

The target salary range for this position in California is $120,000 - $145,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
