1. Monitor and support e-retail activation plans across European countries, including weekly visibility tracking and results consolidation.
2. Manage 360 digital projects for product launches on e-retailer websites, coordinating with internal marketing and digital teams.
3. Coordinate daily requests from countries and e-retailers.
4. Compile monthly reports on key e-retail KPIs and brand operations, identifying best practices.
5. Coordinate online product launches, ensuring product pages adhere to brand guidelines and are implemented across over 50 e-retailer sites.
6. Conduct monthly audits to optimize existing product pages, including asset updates and SEO enhancements.
7. Analyze customer journeys on e-retailer sites and propose e-merchandising optimizations.
8. Develop recommendations for European markets to enhance brand visibility.
9. Oversee updates to brand spaces on e-retailer sites, coordinating with e-retailers and markets for implementation.
10. Adapt content for e-retail, including banners and newsletters, in collaboration with external partners.
11. Conduct competitive analysis on retailer sites and social media.
12. Benchmark special operations of competitors.
13. Support the organization of internal events and launch presentations.

1. Internship during a gap year or at the end of studies with initial experience in marketing, digital, or e-retail, preferably in the beauty industry.
2. Fluent in English.
