Benefit Cosmetics E-Commerce Specialist

1. Plan and execute yearly, monthly, and weekly promotional activities to achieve sales KPIs.
2. Maintain strong relationships and effective communication with online retail partners.
3. Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, stock monitoring, OMS promotion setup, and content updates.
4. Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, sales recognition, and customer service.
5. Prepare weekly sales reports and ad-hoc performance reviews.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce sales or operations.
2. Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry preferred.
3. Hands-on experience managing at least two or more online retail platforms such as Department Store Online (LotteOn, SSG, Hmall), Olive Young Online, Chicor, Naver Shopping, Kakao Gift.
4. Experience in live commerce planning or operation preferred.
5. Proficiency in English (verbal and written) preferred.

3. Ability to plan and execute promotional activities effectively.
4. Competence in preparing detailed sales reports and performance reviews.

Minimum of 3 years in e-commerce sales or operations, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
