1. Oversee and lead all activities related to the Packaging Development Department and Package Validation.
2. Champion best practices in sustainability for packaging development.
3. Collaborate with the Director of Performance Innovation and Design to develop unique packaging solutions.
4. Ensure strategic alignment with the Director of Technical Packaging on specifications, testing requirements, data management, and development timelines.
5. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of packaging professionals.
6. Guide team through onboarding, providing necessary resources and encouraging engagement with the LVMH ecosystem.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2. 8-10 years of progressive experience in packaging design or engineering.
3. Proficiency in CAD and Solid Works for primary and secondary component development.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of injection molding equipment and tooling.

Target salary range in California is $145,000 - $185,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
