- Develop and lead a global compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Oversee compensation governance, including job cataloging, salary banding, benchmarking, and internal compensation reviews.
- Design and implement a global career leveling framework, collaborating with HR and business leaders to integrate this structure organization-wide.
- Guide regional benefits strategies in collaboration with local HR teams, ensuring global alignment with Benefit’s EVP.
- Manage benchmarking processes and tools to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Advise regional HR and leadership on total rewards issues, providing strategic guidance to support talent decisions.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, including compensation and benefits.
- Global experience across North America, EMEA, and APAC, with expertise in retail compensation structures.
- Experience in a Center of Excellence (COE) or global strategy-focused role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing compensation frameworks and governance.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP) preferred.
- Expertise in compensation and benefits strategy development.
- Strong governance and infrastructure management skills.
- Proficiency in designing career architecture frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR and business leaders.
- Competence in benchmarking and market data analysis.
A minimum of 10 years in Total Rewards, with a focus on global compensation and benefits strategies, preferably within the retail sector.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP) preferred.
The target salary range for this position in California is $145,000 - $185,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
