1. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to benchmark compensation programs and ensure competitiveness within the industry.
2. Assist in the development and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation-related programs.
3. Evaluate job positions to determine classification, salary grade, and appropriate compensation levels.
4. Prepare and analyze compensation reports, metrics, and trends to support decision-making and strategic planning.
5. Prepare compensation package proposals for internal and external offers.
6. Ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
7. Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and practices.
8. Support the annual salary review process, including merit increases, promotions, and equity adjustments.
9. Prepare monthly accruals of payroll expenses and perform reconciliation of cross-country recharges.
10. Administer domestic and international relocation benefit packages (mobility).

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role, with experience supporting global compensation programs being advantageous.
3. Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
4. Experience with HRIS is a plus.
5. Prior experience in the beauty or luxury industry is a plus.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Minimum of 3 years in compensation analysis or a related HR role, preferably with exposure to global compensation programs.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

The target salary range for this position in California is $85,000 to $105,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
