- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to benchmark compensation programs and ensure competitiveness within the industry.
- Assist in the development and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation-related programs.
- Evaluate job positions to determine classification, salary grade, and appropriate compensation levels.
- Prepare and analyze compensation reports, metrics, and trends to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare compensation package proposals for internal and external offers.
- Ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and practices.
- Support the annual salary review process, including merit increases, promotions, and equity adjustments.
- Prepare monthly accruals of payroll expenses and perform reconciliation of cross-country recharges.
- Administer domestic and international relocation benefit packages (mobility).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role, with experience supporting global compensation programs being advantageous.
- Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Prior experience in the beauty or luxury industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum of 3 years in compensation analysis or a related HR role, preferably with exposure to global compensation programs.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
The target salary range for this position in California is $85,000 to $105,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
