1. Achieve and track individual sales targets through customer engagement and brow treatments.
2. Perform eyebrow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping.
3. Present and sell Benefit products using the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales approach.
4. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues.
5. Participate in events at the counter, including new product launches.
6. Communicate stock requirements for treatments and sales.
7. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.

1. Proven experience in retail or customer contact, preferably in cosmetics.
2. Strong passion for cosmetics and brow services.
3. Fluency in Dutch and English.
4. Dynamic, enterprising, and independent.
5. Proactive in engaging customers to drive sales.
